2023 / 2024 LCDMHA Picture Day
- LCDMHA will purchase one Memory Mate per player (individual and team photo in a card frame).
- Parents must complete the top section with their contact info and player name / JERSEY #
- EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT ORDERING ANY ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS!
- If parents wish to order additional products - exact cash, cheque, or credit card information is required to be submitted at the time of the photo session (NO CHANGE will be given).
- If parents from multiple households wish to order photo products, the child must submit an additional envelope with all the required information and payment in full at the time of the photo session.
- Parents should arrive with players in (almost) full gear with the following instructions:
- BLUE JERSEY and Hockey socks.
- No helmet, no neck guard, no skates, no green tape or designs on sticks (does not show up with greenscreen technology).
- Be there AT THE ARRIVAL TIME LISTED BELOW - it is important to follow this timeline closely - not too early and definitely not late!
- No changerooms will be available.
